. .. a post from me. I know I write lately not much. This is because I have to do with the work and a lot of work and then of course, must make the budget. Mal was anderes...
Ich mache im Moment (mehr oder weniger) eine "Diät"! Habe sie aber im Moment wie viele Dinge etwas schleifen lassen.... Wollte euch aber trotzdem davon erzählen, weil ich seit Heute wieder regelmäßig weiter mache. Im Grunde genommen ist es ganz einfach. Ich lasse am Abend einfach das Abendbrot weg und trinke Instead, a protein shake. This is not for bodybuilders, but for an extra diets.
